I have received multiple notices from this company saying I owe them money. When I call the number on this invoice it says the phone number does not exist. I have no idea who this company is

I received a bill from SMRT, LLC. It's supposed to look like a medical bill, but clearly looks fake if you really look hard. There is no email address. It has two addresses on the invoice. The letterhead address is in La Jolla, CA and the other address is in Oaks, PA. These are supposed to look like filters and equipment for a breathing machine or something. Parts billed for include Dreamstation Filters, Non disposable filter, mask, cusion, heated tubing, and X900, humidifier, headgear. It's supposed to look like stuff from a Sleep study and gear for sleep apnea. The total of the bill was $134.57 and then on the "Please detach here and return with payment" jumped to $586.52
