I ordered a bookcase it never came I finally got to cancel the order and instead of putting my money back they withdrew more money which I never got back

I bought for $75 a kitchen set for my daughter's birthday! Not only did I never get a confirmation email or something stating a tracking number, but the package never came and I'm mad! I want my money back! I lived off a fixed income and when I saw this for cheap I got so excited to get this for her! More appropriate to her age! Now it's been 2months and I could really use the money for more important things considering the package never came! All I have to confirm my purchase is a receipt number.

So my refrigerator broke down and I was looking for a quick fix I was looking online and I happened to see a add on the internet, it said $94.75 for a apartment size refrigerator. Obviously it was a steal of a deal so I clicked on it I purchased it and what do you know dot-dot. I got no confirmation I paid through PayPal so that's the only thing I had to prove that I paid for it however I never got my item, and when I try to get my money back through PayPal, the merchant claim to have already shipped my item to me and they had delivery. However I never got it so I didn't get my fridge and I didn't get my refund Smort Buy was the website
