The scammer is stating he is a high ranking US Marine! & currently uses a fake name (Ramon De Leon) aka (Smoothoperationoflaw) real name (Napoleon Luis Malendez) He is working with a partner in crime named (Tupou Toreo Janette Phillips) from Qld Australia using a scam called (The Ultimate Gambit) with (Smoothoperationoflaw) setting up irrevocable Trust's. they promised in June 2022 to Cease & Desist a infringer for I.P. trademark infringement and Arbitrate in Court in the USA within a time frame of six (6) months! it has now been twelve (12) months after excuse after excuse! dragging it out! and then in June 2023 he said he has won the case against the infringers for wilful infringement to the sum of 21+ million and that he was coming to Australia twice with the foreign judgment but never showed up! Then when confronted online He just ignores you and she just gives excuses and many other people in my class and other classes called: T.U.G. aka (The Ultimate Gambit OG), & T.U.G. 2.0 & T.U.G. 3.0 these two people have scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars from multiple venerable desperate victims. with no final outcome for the victim/s you pay the scammers via PayPal then after you've paid they refund you the money and say there are issues with payment so it must be done via PayPal (pay family & friends) which means you have no protection with PayPal for consumer refund/s. these people must be arrested and put in jail.
