I order 3 wigs in April and haven'treceive anything no updates on my delivery or anything this is very unacceptable.

I purchased 3 wigs from smithwigs.com that amounted to $63.75 on April 1st, 2022
received only one wig, and it wasn't the right wig from my orders. Contacted them, was told they had to check with their warehouse, and they would get back to me in 2 weeks. Well still nothing… Called several times and no answer. I do not know what to due to get my money back.. I guess I have was scammed. Any input about this matter would be truly appreciated. Maybe a class action suit should be brought against them. Attached is my order.

I purchased 3 wigs from Smithwigs.com
I received one wig which I did not order and never received the other two that I purchased along with the first one. I wish I had of read reviews before I ordered from them. Since now I have read the reviews this seems to be an on going practice of the SMITHWIGS.COM. I requested a refund by email and I am waiting for a response.

I ordered 3 wigs at a special price in February.in mid Mar h i received one wig and it wasn't one that I ordered. Finally after making contact I was told the warehouse made a mistake. But was asked to pay additional shipping and handling or send the wig back at my expense for a refund. Then I was told the refund amount would be 40 percent of the order. I don't have one wig I can wear and I did not feel I should pay for there mistake. Very unprofessional, and I am not happy also complaining to BBB. That is not good business if your business makes a mistake you should always make sure your customers are treated with respect Customer service keeps your business going. Treat people fairly and that is a fact. You need orders fulfilled timely, and correctly and your mistakes should never cost the customer additional money. I'm out of 54.00 and still no wig to wear.

They sent me 1 wig Tht I did not order and the wig was hideous. I tried to email them it won’t go thru, I am so upset at these fake companies

Ordered 3 or 4 human hair wigs on march 24th it's April 1st still nothing

I wanted to give this website the benefit of the doubt. Ordered a wig at the beginning of March (March 3 2022) received a wig that was completely different. And synthetic after they promised human hair. I didn't even ask for my money back because I felt like it was waste of my time.

Ordered 3 wigs on 2/26/22 Received one wig on 3/21/22
Not at all what I ordered. Emailed kept getting automatic reply. Then after a week was told the warehouse made a mistake on my order. But wanted me to pay for shipping again for their mistake. Requested money back and was told o ly 30 percent can be returned. Font order from them very unprofessional.

I got charged twice for my order, smith wig has no contact number to call and I'm highly pissed off, all I want is my items that I paid for, its sad we can't trust these websites, please send my things I paid for thank you

Made an order last night 2/4/2022, tried to cancel order and no email address and no working phone number I spent $47.97 these sites need to be taken down

I purchased 3 wigs they say human hair it’s not don’t even look no we’re near a lace frontal scam website misrepresentation this website should be banned these wigs are trash if you can even call them wigs. False advertising False.

Website advertises lace front wigs for pre-holiday sale so I made a purchase. When I tried to check the status of the order the next day…I discovered that the website had no real way for me the check my order status and when I tried to call the phone number listed on the website…it was not a working number. Sent an email to the customer service email listed and did not receive a response.

I ordered 3 wigs oct 30th 2021 never received them they just bad business and will never deal with them again and ima do whatever it takes to get money back if it takes getting the law involved it will be and sent a tracking number and nothing is pulling up bad luck is what they gonna have

This company is advertising human hair wigs on sale order two get the third free .i ordered on Dec 17th here it is Dec.28 and I haven t received a tracking number just 3 emails saying my package was waiting shipment I have written them several times with no response also the site is still up
