I googled uggs shoes my granddaughter wanted for Christmas. They came up and were the only ones that had them . Saw pictures of product. Shoes were same price as reputable stores $139.99. They took 3 weeks to come and when PayPal billed it was not Smiths Picks but a Chinese letters name. Shoes came, were not Uggs . Contacted them and they said I could return to Chinese address which would cost a lot or keep the shoes and they would refund 20%. I see a lot of this companys products under different names. When you google them they have a refund policy that is a bunch of lies from my experience.

Ordered a pair of winter boots that I saw on a different website but these were 5$ cheaper. The site looked legit. Even said it was a USA business. Took several weeks for the boots to arrive. I figured they were just behind with the holidays. The boots arrived after Christmas and were packed in a tight plastic bag. They looked nothing like the online imagine. I believe they copied a picture from a different site. The shoes were missing laces. The boot soles were a hard plastic. Almost toy like. They were absolutely awful. I wanted to send them back for a refund and sent them a email to start refund. They do not have a phone number to call. They replied to me in email saying no refund. I argued and they said they can do a 10% refund and I can keep the boots. I said no I want a full refund I will send boots back. The address they came from was a fake address apparently because they gave me a Chinese address and I told them that is not the address they shipped from. I will send them back to original. New Jersey address and they said unfortunately we do not have that warehouse we had to shut down.. They just shipped it to me from that NJ address? How could that be? It just kept getting worse. They gave me a different Chinese address and said due to geographic location the shipping would cost more than the refund and that shipping cost is on me to pay.. and to keep boots and the most they will give me is 30%. That is when I went to my bank. Filed a dispute. Got my money back and here we are. Letting others know so they don't fall for this false business.

Search came up for item looking for. Website looked real. Phone number is disconnected and address is residential.

This company has no way of identifying that it’s a scam until you get a tracking page and they’re there is a ton of reviews of people who also got scammed waiting for their packages please remove this site before any more people buy things

The have an actual website. I ordered shoes and was charged for them by Shoe Sensation and did not think anything about it. I kept trying to get an ETA after 3 weeks. I got them and they are junk. The tracking website is not common. I followed retrun/refund policy via email and they have not responded. So, I call the phone number on the website not a working #. Google the address and not real address. The street and city exist but not that exact address.
