Shoes not as described and were made with defects so horrible that I cannot even buckle the shoes once on. Straps way too short. Can ot fasten with my feet in them. I bought 2 pairs in different colors.

This website advertised the brand name UGG boots on their website. But, after I ordered, they shipped me la ess expensive generic brand boots instead. There is no address but the contact phone number on the website (888-895-2509) is disconnected. The website they provide for returns is also not functioning.
