Scam for sure
Mine said i was suppose to be at the county court house today November 11th at 4PM but they didn't do their research because today is Veterans Day and all government offices are closed. So do NOT fall for this scam.
A supena was sent to my e-mail today.
This is the last and final notification from our side in regards of unpaid loan account of yours. We tried everything to contact you, sent several notifications through mail which went undelivered and phone calls went unanswered.
As we did not receive your payment so we are going to file this case against you on Tuesday July 18,2017 at your district courthouse.

You will be served with a notice to appear at your district courthouse in next seven business days.
