When the item eventually arrived, it did not look remotely like what I ordered. It was also falling apart. I furnished pictures, bar codes, shipping info - everything they requested to handle the return. I even offered to accept an exchange if the item they advertised actually existed. Apparently it did not, as they tried to get me to keep the product and refund me 20% of the price I paid. Then, after offering me various amounts of money they eventually said they would not refund my full purchase price unless I paid the return postage. Also, they never did give me a proper address to return the product. I contacted my credit card company after dealing with these people for six weeks.
