I first ordered a product from this company in December of 2019. Everything was fine, until I realized that the company was no longer contacting me back. I went onto their website to find updated contact information and this is what is posted, "If you are an old customer and don't have a login, support is no longer offered under our old pricing plans. Visit our FAQ page for great solutions." So, since I bought it so long ago, there is no longer anyone I can contact, yet the company is still taking my money. Their phone number is also now out of service. The product was aligners for my teeth to straighten them. The link to see what my teeth would look like after my treatment is no longer working, luckily I had a screenshot of it saved to my phone. My teeth look nothing like what the picture is, and I now have to go to an orthodontist to get them fixed as I cannot chew and it hurts to bite down. After going on their Facebook page in an attempt to contact someone, I saw the hundreds of comments of people who are in the same situation as me. This company needs to be stopped and their victims refunded.

I paid $1420 upfront for a product from Smilelove which I did not receive. I paid online on Aug 6, 2019 with the promise Smilelove would send molds and eventually aligners or money back guarantee. They continually dragged out the process by finding faults within the molds and then eventually never sending the aligners. Extreme lack of communication. There is no mailing address or phone number to follow up with an actual person- only a support email which they do not respond to. I have emailed the company on multiple occasions with no response. The website is still taking new clients. After some research, I realize now there are several other people in the same position as me. The company is unethical and completely fraudulent. They must be stopped! This company should not be allowed to take money from anyone! Please help.

I ordered their product in November 2019 and I paid in full ($1395). At first they were nice and helpful, very easy to get into contact with. But once impressions were made and I shipped them out they completely cut any means of communication with me. They will not answer my calls, emails, tweets, DMs, or texts. Someone also reached out to the founder on LinkedIn only to get blocked. There is even a facebook group uniting those facebook users scammed by SmileLove. Almost a year has gone by now when I started this process. Every critical review about smilelove is suspiciously hidden deep within the depths of Google. Hundreds of people were naive enough (me) to give them money for a means of straighter teeth and I'm out of money and received no product whatsoever. Please, although they went off the grid in all means of contact,their website is actively still taking payments out of peoples accounts. Please help spread the word.

January 31st decided to purchase Smilelove teeth aligners. I paid a $250 down payment and setup a $58 Monthly payment plan with affirm. I received received the impressions kit in February. I completed my impressions and sent them back to the company, but was told the impressions were know good and I needed to redo them. I repeated the process twice and sent them back and i never heard back if the impressions were acceptable. In the meantime Smilelove has been taking $58 payments out my account every month. I have sent multiple messages to Smilelove and have not received a response from them. I am out of my hard earned money with no product in return.. I had to file a dispute with their third party loan company in May to have them stop taking money out of my account and issue me a refund, but I still have not heard back from Smilelove.

I ordered dental aligners/braces in November,2019. I sent in my mouth teeth impressions, and they sent me computer generated photos, promising my aligners within two weeks. After pandemic, several months passed and they basically told me they could not give refunds but can give me my product once they get more customers.... I made 250.00 down pmt in Nov 2019, and I have made 60.00 pmts a month, and pmts are still coming out of my acct ,most recent one July 1 2020. I got nothing at all for my money, and pmts are still being taken out. I believed them when they said it was due to pandemic, so I waited. I knew many businesses were affected by the pandemic, so I waited. Then I read about exact situations from others who were also scammed. I am 56, and was so excited to finally get my teeth fixed. I obviously got scammed too though. I got nothing at all for my money.

I purchased dental clear aligners from Smilelove's website in March 2019. I received a discount for paying in full up front using a credit card. It's been 4 months and I still have not received product. When I contact them via email, Facebook, etc I get the same run around of "we'll look into it". They have good impressions/molds from me, they've told me the dental plan which I approved, yet they have not even made the aligners. I'm continuing to get the same answers and excuses. They are no longer answering my status inquiries (July 2019). I email them and nothing.
