In November 2019, I signed up the Smilelove Teeth Aligners and gave them a deposit of $250.00. They sent me an impression kit which I completed and returned, but they said it wasn't done correctly. They then sent me another kit with the same outcome and then another kit. Covid-19 then hit and they said they would contact me as soon as they are back up and running all while continuing to charge my credit card $56.04 per month for a total of $810.40. I have emailed them monthly asking for a refund and all I get is a computer generated reply. I cannot find a phone number for this company anywhere. This is a total SCAM AND I AM NOW OUT $810.40. BEWARE!!
