Everything you read is true.check pro nightguards reviews too- same company they just changed names because of the bad reviews! They steal your money and send you bogus tracking numbers.Owner Terry also runs an orthodontic appliance lab OAC- all fraudulent.I was able to dispute with my discover account but many can’t because it’s been too long.they know this when sending out impressions tray so you don’t file. You will not get your retainers!don’t buy from him!

Fake. Ripoff!

Bought 2 upper retainers online.impression kit came asap, sent back in 2 days.then months went by with no retainers. Owner Terry emailed after I sent one a day it seemed, he sent me a tracking number, but discovered he just printed it but never took anything to the post office box. USPS said you can print the labels and never send it. I told the company/owner Terry this and he never wrote back. I paid over 300$ and never received anything. Your credit card company won’t let you dispute after 30days.it’s shameful how he lives with himself, a true thief! It’s terrible this can happen.Don’t buy from him!

Similar experience.I paid for 2 retainers.Received the impressions kits very soon after being charged.I returned the impressions in 2 days and then nothing.
I tried filing fraud with my credit card but I was over the allowable time frame, even though I didn’t get the product.I’m out almost 300$.it’s pathetic that the owner can live with himself.he-blatantly lied to me that they retainers were shipped and gave me fake tracking numbers.a highly run scam and if you google the address it’s a lab in Pheonix AZ.probably a fake address too!DONT BUY from them!

I placed an order of a lower arch teeth appliance for $129 on 2/26/2022. The website stated that the impression kit will be sent out withing 24 hrs. but it was never delivered. I messaged them.They sent me a fake USPS tracking number on 3/4/2022. I waited everyday for the delivery but never received anything. I messaged them - no reply. I called them- it's just a phone message recording- no response. I filed dispute on my credit card on 3/15/2022. Surprise come next ! After 1.5 months, this Smile Retainer.com suddenly sent me a small thin package in a pad envelop in red color. It was something soft inside, feel like some paper, or play dough with some bubble foam. There was no hard or big items there like the upper and lower plastic trays that use to take the teeth impression. I emailed to that company that their behavior was not acceptable. For 1.5 months, my teeth has been shifting. I returned the package and requested that company to credit me back the $129. I also wrote them a long email about the whole story. Just as usual, there was no response. I called my credit card, they didn't credit me back. I had to keep following up with my credit card company. It created a lot of stress for me. I am 68 years old. Also, I want to mention that when I was going to pay in payment. The website sent me to a place called ,' Shop', and asked for my Birthday. I don't know if this also involved with identity thrift. I hope others will be aware of this scam. Also, I found out that there are over 20 complaints about this company's scam on the internet. I am not the only one. They use the same method and they are usually successful in getting the money without deliver the final product. Simply because the credit card has a 30 days limit for dispute. Once the amount was paid and it was over 30 days, the credit card would not take the dispute. The customer has to lose the money, and we all cannot do anything to them since it is only a website, and a P.O. Box there. There is simply not even an address. This company has been very successful in this scam. I received none product, none service from this company. They will send you a kit, you will do the impressions, and then you'll never hear from them again. They will never send you a retainer. They're completely scamming us, and they'll never answer your emails or calls.
