smile love took 1600 dollars from me for aligners and have never heard from them again and have made 100s of attempts and nothing i want my money back if u cant provide what i have paid for

Me as well as hundreds of others paid for these invisible aligners in full for them to only ghost us. They make themselves impossible to contact. I've paid over $1300. And they need to be taken down or else they'll just target vulnerable people in dire wishes to fix their teeth

  This company was very professional in the beginning and I put a $300 deposit down on my invisible teeth aligners and then setup auto pay for $59 a month after that. The grand totally was almost $2,000 I believe. They sent me an impression kit and I sent it back and never heard from them again. Once COVID hit, I never got an update and I kept filing tickets anywhere I could. Probably a week later I got a response to all tickets I sent it and it was a general email stating COVID hit them aren’t and they will not be producing product anymore or giving refunds and they need to collect more new orders to pay for customers aligners who are already in queue. Now when I send in tickets I will never get a response. Total scam. They arent out of business according to their website but they don’t answer and no phone number is listed on the site to get some answers.
