Jason *** came to my home one day and spoke to me about my plans for my home. He suggested making some improvements to it to make it more attractive to prospective buyers should I decide to sell it. I agreed to a long list of improvements, gave him a hefty down payment for his work. 2 and 1/2 months later, I am left with two bathroom floors that must be redone because the vinyl tile he installed is lifting. I am left with an unfinished basement project that he started. 17 of his proposed projects were never started. He reneged on his promise to do the work himself, and I was left with an alcoholic who showed up one morning unable to work. Another day one of his workers appeared to be snorting drugs in my driveway. I had to fire him because I was not satisfied with his work and was not comfortable with his workers. He has not returned any of the deposit in spite of buying only @$100 in materials. This man and his company deceived me.
