Ordered a acupressure pen to be shipped holiday express in November. At first customer service was responding to my emails concerning not receiving my tracking number. But the last correspondence was about 3weeks ago.

I ordered a product from this company online. This product showed up in my Facebook feed; and, it was perfect for my wife. She had just recently suffered a car accident and has had to go through physical therapy. The product in question was a massage / Acupuncture pen. The applications of said product seemed to be perfect to help relieve some of my wife's pain why she was at home. The product was suppose to ship by Christmas of 2019. I never got a shipping notification like they said I would. I never received the product. I politely asked for a refund and they denied me and then pointed me to an absurd policy of 1 hr cancellations. I am not canceling cause I changed my mind. I am cancelling cause you didn't send me the product. NEVER EVER buy from https://smartkipworld.com/.

I made a purchase from this website on December 2nd. Bought a $50 Acupuncture Pen. I have called and emailed several times since then and no one will ever get back to me. When making a purchase they advertise "Express holiday shipping" to make sure you get it before Christmas. They do not provide tracking and do not give any updates. I have done research and could not find a single person that has recieved and order or made contact with support and are just out of that money.
