Someone at this address has opened a VISA bank card in my name (ending in ***) They made an online order from my Walmart.com account and had the items shipped to:

*** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** I do not know how much they have spent I can not find the issuing bank or the account either at this time.

I have made a police report as well as emailing the US scam dept. Hoping this will get resolved.
