I purchased 3 tech watches for $120.84 on Dec. 17th, 2020 with a promise from the site for shipment on 12.21.20. I even paid $4.95 for expedited processing. When there was no tracking info emailed to me on 12/21 I reached out via phone and the rep told me that he didn't have a tracking # and someone would call me. I've never heard back from anyone. I've emailed many times asking for tracking details, but I've only received emails that the item is delayed due to the holiday mail. Several different reps have emailed me but won't answer my questions regarding a tracking # and full reimbursement. Christmas was 12 days ago. At this point I no longer want the merchandise and I only want a full refund of $120.84. The last rep that emailed informed me the highest he could return to me was a partial refund of 45%. This is so ridiculous. I wish that I would have just went to Target for a fitbit! I have also reached out to my bank for help. Please inform other shoppers to beware of this site. After doing some research it seems like this company goes under a few different names. I've seen Smart Tek, Technik Watch, and etc..
