I got a red screen on my computer with loud beeping and flashing emergency call this Microsoft number immediately. Do not shut off your computer, call immediately. The computer is frozen. The mouse doesn't work and the beeping gets even louder.... I called the number and a woman identifies herself as jessica answers the phone. She assures me she can help me because she is a Microsoft certified technician. She then she keeps assuring me that she is wouldn't tell me who she is, give me her Emp. ID 01012. She says she is part of a Microsoft Expert Team Block Hackers. Here, let me help you. I can help you. See the windows symbol key in the lower left corner of your computer. Press that and the letter i, etc. I do and the next thing I know she is in my computer showing me everything, and especially all the people trying to hack my computer behind the scenes. I kept asking who do you work for? She keeps repeating I am a Microsoft Technician. Finally, I agree to pay $399.00 for an installed firewall... Because she said that the internet security I have is only for banking. I have ESET for banking and internet security, too...
