Smart Health Choices Plus Reports & Reviews (1)

I never ordered a plan with the merchant. I received a trial for $5.00 and never authorized another transaction to my credit card. I furthermore tried to return the items to the merchant after a call to their customer service number under their direction, they provided me with an RMA# EC4C63A5B695 to return $84.92. My UPS tracking number is attached. The products were mailed back to the merchant on July 31, 2020. They were then “returned to sender” a week later which means they refused my return or provided me with false information.

This is all considered fraud because I had only agreed to a $5.00 transaction to try their product. The Merchant not only falsely charged my credit card on July 29, 2020, they also lied about the return process to further delay and complicate matters with my Credit Card and Capital One. I called your Fraud Department at Capital one immediately to report the fraud. I no longer wish to do business with the Merchant “ESSENTIALPURERESOURCES”. The Business Name they provided to mail product back was; “Invigor Max Supplement” 6550 Main St. Ste 2029 New Port Richey, FL 34656.

I refuse any payment with my credit card to the merchant. See the attached proof.

Updated 10/13/2020

After another call with the Capital One Fraud Department on 10/13/2020, I was told to Fax the Terms and Conditions listed from the merchants Web Site: Smarthealthychoicesplus.com. There was never (60 Capsules) I was given a CBD Cream and a CBD Oil, Not a 60 Capsules trial. There was never a website or link outlining any of this from my original purchase for these terms and conditions however, I did attempt to return the product to the address that was provided to me over the phone on July 29, 2020. The original purchase was a one-time charge of $5.00 was made on July 12, 2020.

See attached terms and conditions which I was made aware of today through Capital One Fraud Department. When Capital One mailed the merchants Terms and Conditions they were not even legible. The print was so tiny and blurry, I could not even read it. This document proves that I did try to return their product within the 30 day timeframe, however, I was never made aware of any of these Terms and Conditions from the very beginning from the $5.00 purchase. I also notice a completely different address to return their product then the address the merchant provided to me over the phone from their customer service department on 7/29/2020. The return address given to me from their customer service is different than the website return address listed, and there was never a 60 Capsules Ordered or received.

I continue to dispute any charges from this company.
