They call daily to offer us a free estimate for upgrading our appliances and light fixtures with a 65% rebate on any purchase. They start by claiming they are with Duke Energy, but are very vague about what they offer when questioned and continually push for a face-to-face meeting for an estimate. They refuse to speak to anyone but the business owner even after being told by multiple business representatives that the business owner will never be available at this location and they should discontinue their calls. We have told them multiple times to stop calling the business, but they still call almost every day.
