I saw an advertisement on Facebook for this painting product designed to give straight paint lines next to trim. I have seen many products but thought this product would actually work. I placed my order and was charged $34.99 for the item. I received an email with my order number #1303 and an order summary telling me the item would ship in 1-3 days and I would be able to track the item once shipped. I placed the order on Feb.2, 2021 and still have not been notified of shipment nor have I received the item. Today is Feb. 14, 2021. I have tried to contact them through the support email listed on the order (Support.smartedger.com) but the email cannot be delivered. I also tried the "contact us" feature on their website (which assures me they will contact me within 24 hours) without any luck. I believe this is a "take the money and run" type scam and they are reaching millions on Facebook.
