I was contacted 01/26/2016 by a Jonathan Meadows from 302-241-0084 who first called my place of employment and left a message, I then called his phone number that he left and he stated he worked for SM Group and was representing a company called Cash Advance LLC (a payday lender) who stated I took a payday loan out in May 2013 while residing at 134 Charles St Beaufort NC and that I owed 575.00. After disputing this information, as I have not lived at that address since 2011 and havent taken out a payday loan since 2010 or 2011, he kept changing the amount that I owed and stated he would take 305.00 as a settlement and if I didnt pay it I would be taken to court and they would garnish my wages and file a lawsuit against me. He stated I had 24 hours to pay this or they would proceed with this action. I do not owe this money, have not lived at this address in almost 5 years and havent had the bank account he spoke of in 5 years either.
