The website is offering the Canon 5D Mark IV for $2345 under the Canon MPN 1483C002 which is for a US model 5D Mark IV body only kit. This should include the canon LP-E6n battery, LC-E6 charger, and other accessories. I attempted to contact SLRdirect multiple times on the phone and was put on endless hold when inquiring if this was a US model or Foreign model. It was not until I put an order in that they contacted me with an email saying I needed to contact Steven at 732.444.3751. When I called I spoke with "Steven" who asked if I wanted the 2 hour or 5 hour battery to which I said I would like the LP-E6n and LC-E6 the kit is supposed to come with per Canon's website with that MPN. He then told me it was a foreign model that did not come with those. This is a scam, obviously the price is too good to be true, and the proof is in the way this played out. Be aware of these scam artists and avoid SLRdirect.com.

They have online advertisements for NEW products active 06/2017 -- once ordered & CC debited, product never appears. Calling them directly, suddenly the product is unavailable yet they will not cancel order nor refund CC.

needed to go directly to credit card to submit claim.

I placed an order for a camera and lens from SLR Direct. The product specs clearly listed the accessories included as: battery, battery charger, USB cable and body cap.

The following business day, I received a call asking if I wanted to purchase a battery and battery charger with my order. When I pointed out that those items were included on the camera listing, the representative said it was a mistake. When I said that since the ad listed the items they were legally required to include them. The rep responded that they weren't included, so I advised the rep that I was cancelling my order.

Placed an order with them. waited two weeks, called to check on order was told it was backordered 3-4 weeks. When I asked questions about why I wasn't informed earlier about back order they were very rude, told me to "go fly a kite."

When researching them found many others with similar stories. They are a bait and switch scam. Offering low prices and then up selling you or never fulfilling the order.
