On January 11, 2022, I purchased 2 items from slowline as they were promoting a 25% off new year special. Total being $69.00. I received my order confirmation with number 61211. On January 21, 2022, I emailed the company and also direct messaged them on Instagram questioning about my order status. No response from either account. Today, January 25, 2022, I am getting very annoyed and have messaged them directly again as well as commenting on their “story” and newest posts. I scrolled through their old but recent posts and there is multiple other people asking for the company to respond to their order as they have not received it yet. I believe this company is scamming people through social media by promoting discounts. There website and Instagram look legit. However there business practices are not legit. BUYER BEWARE.
