I won money in an online casino in January, when my bank presented the check to their bank they turned it away 2.month later. They then lied to be numerous times which I have in writing and claimed nothing was wrong on their end. My bank then sent me documents to prove this happened. I presented it to them and after many back and forth for literally weeks they credited it back and told me to tey again. The 2nd time i did a wire xfr and they told me numerous times it would be there by today. Now it's not there and they're refusing to help. Again no phone number to call.

They want your bank information so that they can withdraw money without permission. The live chat person is always Belle (no matter what time of day that you request a chat) And the call center is fake as well. I called one night and the man who answered was whispering. I have screenshots of the chats also.
