Same here, my sandels fell apart in two months I asked for a refund and they offered me 5% back! Geez 1$ refund. Then they said because of the epidemic their kids have not eaten in 3 days. Like wth!

Exactly the same as everyone else. The three pairs bought for almost $80 look NOTHING like the pictures on the website. Total scam. Disgusting they are allowed to do business. How do they get away with it. They've offered me 30%, 50% and now 60%. I'm so disillusioned with it all. It really shouldn't be this hard.

I have had the same experience as everyone else. This is a total SCAM. They are offering me all of the discounts but I told them that the sandals weren't worth anything to me. The quality of the sandals is absolutely horrible. I don't understand why these people can't be stopped.

Same experience as above. Saw the ad on facebook and I regularly purchase Reef Flipflops so I thought nothing of it until I received my order confirmation via text vs email. The flips flops are terrible and not even close to what I ordered. Lesson learned. Stay away from this company.

I too am in the same process of experiencing this scam. I thought it was a trust worthy site through Instagram. They sent me the exact same sandals as the previous posts which are 100% fake. They first offered me 30% then 40% now 50% refund. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and writing the better business bureau.

Slippersandaltop advertises themselves as a REEF sandals seller and they only have REEF branding and merchandise on their website. However, they send you counterfeit merchandise and refuse to exchange it (assuming they actually have Reef sandals in sticker) or refund you the full amount. They try to negotiate a fraction of the cost in a refund (e.g., 50%). This is a 100% scam.

I had the exact same experience. They sent the wrong sandals, which were also imitation. They acknowledged they sent the wrong sandals and refused to exchange them. Same scam as above, trying to negotiate a lower refund and refuse to refund more than 50%. I’m adding a picture of their counterfeit REEF merchandise. Shame on Facebook for advertising this site.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from: https://www.slippersandaltop.com. I received cheap counterfeit Reef sandals. Not as pictured and definitely imitation. Requested 100% refund and to send me a shipping label to send back the cheap pair. They responded with 30% refund, then 40%, then 50%, then 60% and I got them up to a 70% refund agreement, but are not willing to refund the full purchase payment. We shall see if I even get the 70% refund. Said shipping cost is expensive to have the sandals sent back. SCAM!!
