I placed an order for the free 14 trial of the Slimbiotic product on February 28th 2018. I was notified by the company on March 13th, 2018 that my order had shipped. The email came directly from the company, not a postal company. On March 14th, 2018 They Charged my account 69.95 for a subscription of their product. I called and explained to them that they hadn't shipped the product until yesterday, so I cannot decide if I want the product if I haven't started the free trial yet. They said as a courtesy they would offer me a refund of the upcoming 79.95 charge plus cancellation fee that was to come March 15th. For the attached product that I also had not received yet. I explained to them that there is no way a free trial can start if the customer has not even received the product prior to the free trial ending. They insisted that the free trial started the day I placed the order. Which means the product wasn't even shipped until the free trial was over! I Spoke to the customer service representative who said she could only offer a 17.50 refund, then as the time progressed the refund kept getting bigger and bigger. But I explained to her that there is no way for a consumer to have a free trial that ended without ever receiving the product and that I wanted to speak to her supervisor. After 25 minutes of repeating the same thing back to her, she put me through to her supervisor, whom raised the refund that she would give me to $55 and some odd cents. But I as well explained to her that you can have a free trial that ended without even receiving the product your supposed to be "trail"ing. After 15 more minutes and her refusing to let me speak to her manager, she hung up on me. Also. They insisted that they shipped the item on March 1st and told me it was Usps screw up and not their fault, they couldn’t do anything. Attached is the tracking info I receive from them during the second phone call. Please note, during the first phone call they told me they didn’t have access to the tracking number.
