This company send a text that looked like it could have been from a friend. It said.... here are those keto pills I told you about ... check them out. When I clicked to see what it was, (I am doing Leto, so thought this actually from someone I knew), it took me through a series of products that I was trapped into buying. If you try to click off... it loops you back and back to add more things to your cart. I tried to opt out of everything except the “free keto pills” and ended up with “slim origin” in my cart too. The “free keto” pills cost about $15. Nowhere did it say it was a subscription. Once I received, still nothing about the subscription. 2 weeks later, I see a charge on my credit card for $119.98. I called was then told about the “trial period” and since I didn’t cancel, I bought the pills. When I told them I did not want a subscription or to purchase their pills they told me that I would be reimbursed 20% of the purchase price. I refused that and was then told 50% reimbursement I also refuse that and told them I wanted all of my money and finally got someone to tell me that they would give me 80% of my money. That there would be a $19.98 restocking fee. I agreed to this $100 back was better than nothing. I was given a return address A confirmation number and a “RMA“ number to submit my return to. After three weeks I still have not received my reimbursement, so I called again. I had the tracking number from the US PS which had shown that it would have been returned and signed for at their front desk. When I was on the phone, with the manager, I was told that no returns were accepted by this company and I was not going to get a refund. I was prepared with all of the information from my first phone call, such as the tracking number the confirmation number and agent number from the first person I had talk to. And after some argument with the “manager” she did agree to reimburse my $100. This company is not a forthcoming company nor would I ever recommend buying anything from them.

This company advertises "Try our product for one month free."

Then they quote you one shipping fee but charge a higher one.

They tell you to cancel "by the 16th or 17th day" if you don't want to continue.

Then they charge your credit card on the 14th day claiming, "since you cancelled, it's not free." None of this was disclosed during the initial phone call.

I sent both an email and left a voicemail. I am going to have to change my credit card.

When accused of fraud, they raise their voice and hang up on you without actually cancelling the order.

BTW Product does NOT work!!!!
