I purchased a product on February 25, 2018 for a 14 day free trial of spitfire weight loss product. I called today to cancel the product and was told that because I am cancelling within the 14 day trial that I would be charged a fee. No where in the terms and agreement did it state any monetary cost to cancel. Now I am being told it will cost me 29.99 to cancel. This appears to be a scam. Please investigate. Also, my bank shows SC as the company billed from, but the packaging has a .CA address without a company name.

The packaging slip has no vendor # only identifier is SKU#and name NutraMailer/PS
