(man's name) Derek (woman's name) Andrea g her phone# is 949-238-6952 . His phone# is 9492099730 / 8008444959. On aprox.feb.24 my wife received a call from Derek, who stated that he worked for the dept of education and that if we made up 6 payments and a copy of my wife's disability notice he could write off the rest of the debt. He then had Andrea call back the next day. She stated that she would send us some paperwork to look over. We have never received any paperwork from them and yet they have deducted 145.83 from our account. When we ask for a refund we were laughed at. We have not heard anything else from them. We are disputing the debit card charge.
