I found a chess table promoted by Sleeqhub through Instagram. I paid for the product on 5/10/21 and received confirmation of purchase immediately. On 5/19/21, I emailed the company requesting notice of shipment. Customer Support blamed the delay on COVID-19 and said I would be receiving an email update within the next few days. I did not receive an email after that. In July, I tried to get a refund through the credit card company, but Sleeqhub provided them with a phony shipment tracking number through Canadian Post. The credit card company rejected my request, saying the product was shipped.
