She created a label on 01/20/23 after that the tracking never changed.
So i messaged her over her business instragram on 02/04/2023
Which she asked my name on the order and then i never heard from her again. I messaged her again
02/06/23 for a refund and she didnt respond again. Still no package was sent till this day
