I purchased two pillows that were said to help neck pain and were supposed to be 50% off. The product I received was of very poor quality and does not look like the product on the website nor does it look like the pillows others showed in the 5 star reviews. The pillows had a very strong odor and were very flimsy, not supportive feeling at all. The website is not clear on the return process or the rules of return. I contacted customer service to ask for a return of my money. I was told that in order to qualify for my money back the pillows needed to be returned in their original packaging and I would need to ship them to a an address in China at my own expense. If my return was approved they would pay the shipping costs. The website does not say you have to return the product in its original packaging. How am I to inspect my order without taking the pillows out of the packaging. I feel that this is very bad customer service, and false advertising. The website also has reference to a shipping label that could be used to ship back the pillows for a return, and that is not how they actually handle it. They do not send a return shipping label. The website says 30 day money back guarantee. They do not stand by that at all. People should be made aware.
