Type of a scam Online Purchase

Hi, I googled for a product that I wanted to purchase (24 cans of Penn Pro tennis balls by Penn ) and this web site showed up from the google search result. I thought the price is good so made the purchase from this web site and pay around $64 (U.S.) dollars for the product and shipping. But as soon as I paid it through Paypal, the page refreshes back to the shipping cart and I can see the item still in the cart but nothing else happened. I went to Paypal later and found out the payment has been confirmed/received but I have never receive any purchase confirmation, nor invoice, nor shipping information. I called the service desk number web site provided but it is a regular household number that has nothing to do with the web site. And I emailed the person whose email address is on Paypal a couple of times this week but none has been replied back. I feel I have been scammed by this fake web site thus I would like to get your attention in hoping to both investigate, as well as take actions if it's indeed a fraudulent scam. Thank you. * *****
