June 21st, I inquired again to find out locations and availability.
June 24th, I again Direct messaged again about cities and availability for the billboard @ 4:20 am.
June 24th, A response asking about what package I would want, which city & I was ready to purchase and w/ prices that are subject to change at 9:45am.
Same day at 4:54pm, I asked again what city do they provide service, particularly LA or Inglewood area. I was sent screen shots of coordinates areas where it could possibly be visible.
June 25th, I asked if the order was placed on 6/25/2022 or 6/26/2022 will it be available for 7/1/2022 for planning purposes of my deceased sons birthday.
He sent a voice response, saying" yes, yes, yes". I replied saying "Thank You" He replies back "Yes sir" "lets make it happen" He proceeds to send me email details for [email protected] and include my Instagram name and Cash app the $499 for a 1 week run with the written words & picture, I emailed.
Needless to say, The billboard never happened and today is August 15,2022 and of course the website say "no refunds of any kind but offer a 30day time for it to go live but its well past 30days".
This unprofessional, lack of communication company is a FRAUD!
I had to keep direct messaging him numerous times & I'll get a response saying "will notify you when it goes live" without even confirming where the billboard is located (which I should had made sure but I was so wrapped up in honoring my son, I didn't).
To add insult to injury, on top of that he missed the very important deadline for July 1st (birthdate) and then my son death anniversary date August 10th 2022 which he assured me it would be available by that date. Since he didn't produce the billboard for July 1st.
The Text/DM (voice record messages) I sent asking for my money back July 5th was the official request. No response.
So, I texted again, asking for the July 1st's billboard to go up before August 10th instead, since he didn't respond to my request for my money back!
I CAN NOT EXPRESS ENOUGH TO NOT DUE BUSINESS THROUGH INSTAGRAM WHEN THEY ASK FOR MONEY ON CASHAPP BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ANSWERS CONFIRMED.
I FEEL DISRESPECTED, DUKED, HURT BECAUSE IT WAS A IMPORTANT TIME FOR ARE FAMILY...
!!!!!SKYWAYBILLBOARDS IS NO WAY IN ANY FORM A CHOICE FOR BUSSINESS! ...STILL WAITING ON MY BILLBOARD AND MONEY BACK.
