Shawn Spenser left a voicemail on my mother's phone. We have had previous encounters with these people. They don't say who they are calling with, but threaten that they are sending "legal documents" to us and that we need to be present. If we don't respond to these " documents" legal action will be taken against us. They have said they're a courier, a mediation office, and also with Bell County, etc. They claim we have an outstanding debt with a company we have done business with in the past even though we don't. We verified with the company and they claim to have no affiliation with them. They keep threatening us with legal action but fail to explain exactly who they are and what they are asking for.
