It's an interlock company. They advertise for 80 dollars a month. They don't offer you a contract, the installer gives you a "work order" to sign and takes your billing info. First month They charged 243 for an installation fee. 2nd month was normal then third month They came out to "recalibrate" the device and I've been charged $264 each day since (2 days).

1. Refusal to schedule an appointment requested in November via SkyFineUSA app; then continuing to charge for rental equipment. Stop payment request sent to SkyFineUSA via email on 12/18/2021.

2. Refusal to provide fee amount prior to removal of rented equipment for the below unconfirmed appointment provided to me via email 12/18/2021 not by phone.

• Date & Time: 2021-12-21 16:30:00

3. Refusal to communicate via email; communication only accepted via phone conversation.
