On 6/2/2016 they agreed to fix my computer and give me tech support for 3 years for $389.97 which I charged to my credit card. On 8/5/2016 they called to say they could no longer support my system and would refund my money. However they could not credit it back to my credit card and wanted the name of my bank to refund it. They then proceeded to ask me to fill our information for on line banking which included all my personal information. I refused and told them if they could not refund my credit card just keep the money and hung up. I then closed all windows and hung up, turning off and shutting down my computer for an hour.

I believe this was a scam to get info regarding my personal financial information.

Was an internet scam that popped up on the computer. Said there was a virus on the computer and billed the credit card $269.98 to "fix" windows computer. Then about a month later proceeded to call and had my mother purchase 2, $500 Itunes cards. Then once the cards were purchased she had to call them with the numbers. They kept telling her the cards were no good an she needed to go purchase them again. She did this 13 times total. She is an elderly person and didn't realize it was a scam until I found out about. They held her computer ransom and still is. She doesn't have the money to have it cleaned out. She has filed fraud dispute with her credit card company that she used to purchase these Itunes cards. We contacted Apple Itunes, but of course there was nothing they could do but tell us the cards all had a zero balance. The billing name on her credit card was Sky Services from Highland Park, NJ. The person who kept calling her and she had to call back said they worked for this company. They also have hacked into her Facebook account and created a false account with her picture.
