I purchased a puppy that was supposed to be shipped 05/26/18 per my request. I have an invoice from when I first submitted a request to purchase her and a few emails over the few days before my purchase was complete. She was supposed to be delivered 05/28/18, but I haven't received ANY shipping information or the puppy. I sent an email from my phone on 05/26/18 asking Sky Puppy to confirm the puppy was going to be shipped that day and asked if there was information on the delivery day and time. I received a response back saying I should've already received shipping information from the shipping agency and I needed to contact them for any further inquiries. I haven't received any shipping information or details. I have absolutely NO information on or from a shipping agency, so I have no idea who I'm supposed to contact to see where the puppy is that I purchased. I asked Sky Puppy if I do not receive the puppy, am I going to receive a refund; however, I have received no response back.
