You place and order and they don't deliver goods . They give you a fake tracking number. They're located in China takes a month for tracking to update to say delivered and you get no clothing but been scam.. trying to get your money back is impossible. They will give you every excuse from your bank account is wrong ur card don't have money your account is close. Funny are you trying to steal my money from bank lady be aware of this website is all fake they will take your money..🚫 Be aware.. 🚫SCAM 🚫skrogly.com🚫SCAM SCAM 🚫skrogly.com🚫

SCAM scam

They take your money give you a fake tracking number . And when it say delivered is not you get nothing but been scammed and they take your money . Asking fo a refund is impossible they give you excuses after excuses . They read from a scam manual. You can't even write a review so others can be aware. Lady's don't do it is a scam.. they still your money and you get nothing

The site I ordered from initially was lucky-blaze.com. the link I originally followed to check my order now leads to a site under a different name, but same look and offerings:skrogly.com. I ordered June 9th. On July 9th, after an entire month of waiting, I emailed customer service. They said it was on the way and sent a screenshot of the tracking, which said my package was leaving the USPS distribution center in the US and "on its way to me" as of July 3rd. I followed up again on 7/13, 7/17, and 7/25. Each time they swore it's going to be delivered and sent the same tracking info (which said it was on its way to me 7/3 from the distribution center). I got a different customer service person each time. When I asked for a refund and an address to send a formal complaint to, they said there's no "local" address and said my package was "delivered," July 4th!!!! The tracking site info COMPLETELY changed to suit their narrative! I was appalled at what a bold move that was since I have multiple screenshots saying otherwise and multiple emails from them saying "logistics" says it was on the way....for over a month! They said they asked the logistics team for a refund and they said no, but offered to send the product again if I sign for it. After seeing them change their name, alter tracking info to suit their new narrative - I absolutely declined any further business with them. I will file a grievance with my bank instead.
