Advertisements for free trial skin care products popped up while on the internet. The only charges required per ad were for shipping and handling. Testimonials of clients were provided similar to an info mercial. No terms and agreements (ie: contracting) information showed in the ad or when personal info including credit card info was provided. No receipt or contracting info was provided in the email confirmation or when the trial products were received. Within 10 days, additional charges of 89.97 and 85.98 appeared to the credit card used. Extensive search online finally revealed a terms and agreement statement on line that not previously been revealed. Phone calls to break the contract and reverse these payments were only partially successful. Customer service refused to refund 100% of the credit card chanrges but they did agree to stop the monthly order.
