This website is knowingly selling Coutner Strike Global Offensive case openings and not delivering the contents of the case. This is simliar to gambling for in-game items that are worth money. However, at no point does the website inform the customer they are unable to provide the items the customer obtains on their site. A customer will trade their items or deposit cash onto the website in order to buy cases. The customer will then open the cases and "win" the item inside. The customer should then be able to trade the item back to their in game inventory but the website does not have the capability to do so and keeps your item on their site. Even the new knock off VGO items are unable to be traded by the site as they claim to have more items than they actually possess.
