The Skin Royale representative said he could give me a 30% refund since I was unaware of the 14-day cancellation process. I complained and explained how angry I was, said I was going to call my credit card company and hung up on him. He called me back and offered my 50% credit on my card. I told him I was still going to call my credit card company and he said if I did that I would not get any credit at all. I again complained and asked how I would know he would credit my card. He said I would get an email and that the credit would appear in 3--5 business days. I said goodbye and hung up and called VISA customer service.
I disputed the charges and the card was cancelled.
