There website promotes a product to remove skin tags/moles. I decided to order 1 bottle to try. Subsequently I was receiving repeated shipments of products that I did not consent to. They had me on automatic shipments and then it was difficult to reach anyone to complain. When I finally did and they said they removed me off the list, a few weeks later I received another product in the mail.

I called again today and they said they will send me address to return product but I need to pay for the shipping. I never asked for the product so it is 1. misleading to enroll someone in an automatic shipment program without consent 2. have me incur ANY out of pocket costs for a product I did not request.

I feel this business shouldn't be in business or needs to clean up their marketing practices.
