The company's name is Caralluma (Skin Basics) it's a eye gel that doesn't work its like very over prices lotion. The company says you have 14 days to use it to see if it works. It took about a week to come from the time I ordered it I only used it for about a week and they charged me $90.00 already and I didn't even get to use it for 14 days. I called them about it and they didn't wanna return my money. I told they I will have my credit card company deal with it and I was gonna report them then they said they will give me back 35% of what they charged I said no I want a full refund I already paid the trial fee. Then they said they will give me back 50% of my charge and I said no I feel like this is a scam because they didn't do what they said they would do and give me 14 days. I hung up and the lady called me back and said we will give you back 50% again I said no thanks and please stop calling me as soon as I hung up she called me back again saying a bunch of stuff and offered to give me back 60% at this point I told her I'm very upset and again PLEASE stop calling me. She called me again and said they will give me back 75% I told her no again and please please stop calling me. I called my credit card company about this and again she called me back but I didn't speak to her. I also received another item I didn't even order they added it to my order and charged me a trial fee for both witch I only ordered one item. I was charged $92.00 for one and the other was $90.00. I called the company back to speak to a manger or someone over at the company because they say they are only a call center for a few different things and once I asked that person on the phone he says hold on and never gets back on the phone and I was on hold a while so I hang up and called again and the next person did the same thing something shady is going on over at that company I hope you can help me with this and also I hope this company can be reported so they don't do this to anyone else. Thank you.
