I ordered two facial products which stated trial offer for $5.99. Received the two products only to be deducted from my checking account $84 for one and $98 for the second. The real problem is that now they send me an email confirmation for product ordered and deducted another $24 from my account. No product ordered or received and they mentioned a contract but I have no copy of any such contract. I have asked them over and over to stop but it falls on deaf ears. I called the customer service number on the product and spoke with Kate and she assured me the contract would be cancelled and no more tranactions but again no results and more money from my account. Is there any way to get them to stop??
