Skin 63 has retail locations and kiosks in the malls. The salespeople are very high pressure providing false claims as to what the products can do. My skin had the opposite effect as their claims and an adverse reaction. They block their stores from being able to process refunds at the store location other than within their company computer system. Customers have to continue to call and email their customer service line numerous times following up to attempt to get the promised refund. My first refund took over a month, and although I used a debit card they would not refund to my card. I had to wait for a "check" to be sent from their main office. The second portion of my refund has never arrived. They didn't credit my card and sent a check, but canceled it before I got it. I was scammed $324. All shoppers beware!
