I ordered a mask over 3 months ago and I work at a hospital so aka the front front lines and still havent recieved it i asked for my money back no response how do I get my mkney back because I spent 45 dollars on it?

Ordered masks from them April 2....inquire about my order and they send back an email saying the US Customs has them in NY and won’t release them but not to worry-they will be sending a gift by doubling my order and I’ll get them as soon as Customs releases them.....

I placed my order on April 23,2020 for four masks for my family. I paid just over $100 on masks that I thought would be great to help keep my family safe from the Coronavirus when in public. I have since emailed skillvanta several times looking for my order. They response each time with “it’s on the way. Be patient.” I have tracked the order several times with the tracking information they provided. The tracking shows the package has never been picked up after the label was printed. I called the carrier, USPS, and was told they were never given the package. I have asked skillvanta to call me several times with no results. They just send generic emails to be patient that it’s coming. It’s been over a month and tracking still shows it hasn’t been picked up by USPS. I have since read several other posts and complaints with this company with the same problem. Never receiving there items ordered. Stay far away from this company.

This company accepted an order for a mask 45 days ago. It sent me emails saying the order/product has shipped, but the tracking information has never updated and the shipment never arrived. Numerous requests for additional information about the whereabouts of the order/product is met with misinformation, stalling tactics and false information about shipping holdups. Simply put, the company banks on consumers forgetting they ordered the product or simply giving up.

Order never came - several attempts to get refund has been met with responses but no action. They refuse to refund money or make another shipment citing "customs" issues.
