My acct was debited because I supposedly “signed up” for some sort of class. I did not. After contacting them, they had no idea ha ha how that happened but “ they have great classes that I would love”. Wrong time for a sales pitch. I strongly insisted they refund the $ and trace the fake email used that had assess to my info. After reading others stories of the same happening, I am not alone. So I went to all the hassle of canceling my card. Thankful after threatening legal action the $ was returned.

When signing up for a free trial account you must input your credit card details in order to access premium status for 2 months for free. After attempting to close my account and withdraw consent to be charged and not using the account anymore, I was charged for a yearly subscription.
