Do not order from skaramall or from Dihn Van Dong. Scam - you will not receive your purchase but will be charged

Purchased product online. Website said price was cheaper because it took longer to receive the product. Said product would be delivered by USPS. Paid through Paypal thinking that was safer for unknown company. Received confirmation. Product did not arrive ontime. Responded to confirmation to inquire. Email came back as invalid. Contacted Paypal who instigated an investigation. Scammer sent email to Paypal with a UPS tracking ID. Paypal denied claim. However, tracking ID was fake. Had incorrect package weight (1 lb) when item was Sandbox weighing 28.5 lbs. Also showed package delivered to correct city, but no address. UPS tracking lists the address to which the package is delivered.

Ordered Vanity, paid through Paypal, received UPS notification package was delivered, it was NOT delivered to me. Skaramall phone number not a working number, address is a motel/rv park, no reply to my emails. UPS finally told me it was not delivered to my address but another and due to privacy laws they couldnt tell me where. Paypal refusing refund until they receive UPS documentation it was not delivered to my address. Getting that from UPS is like pulling teeth, wish me luck! And I wish I had researched BEFORE ordering instead of after. Lesson learned. Paypal has had so many reports on this company yet they keep doing business with them. PayPal....Shame on you!

I wanted to buy a 16 inch bike with training wheels for my son to match his brother's. I wasn't finding much luck on other websites because they were all sold out or price gouging because of the pandemic. I did purchase one before this one, but the money had to be refunded because the bike was damaged. I did a Google search for the bike and Skaramall came up as having the bike I wanted for a decent price. It even had PayPal listed on the site, so I thought that made it more legitimate. I was wrong. I paid for the bike through PayPal, and expected the bike to be delivered within 10-15 business days. That's what the purchase receipt stated emailed to me stated. I figured I would receive a shipping email later with a tracking number or something. I never did and after 2 and a half weeks, no bike. I looked on the purchase receipt for any customer service number or email, but there was none. When I returned to the website, there was an email. I sent an email and got back an unhelpful and vague response, so researched into the company. That's when I read other people's comments and experiences with them. The website was brand new and already had horrible reviews. I filed a claim through PayPal, stating my item wasn't received and that I believed the company/seller to be fraudulent. About a day or two later, the seller attached a tracking number to the claim and proof of delivery from UPS that it was delivered the day prior. I double checked my front porch, but there was nothing. I was home all that day. I started to second guess myself that maybe the bike was stolen. Then I looked at the delivery address. All it showed was the city and zip code. It didn't list an exact address. I immediately began the time consuming and frustrating process of contacting an actual live person from UPS. I asked the agent to confirm the address it was delivered to, but all she could do was have me tell her my address and she could tell me if it matched. It didn't. I realized that the seller had attached a tracking number with the same city and zip code so it would look like they had sent it, and that it was stolen. It was sent to an address listed as Walmart.com, but its an actual residence. I can look up the house on Google maps. I explained that I needed proof to file with my claim, so she sent me a shipping receipt that stated where UPS picked it up and dropped it off. PayPal then gave me the run around and let me tell you, it was even more difficult to find a way to attach my proof to the open claim or get a hold of an actual person to explain everything to. PayPal even wanted me to directly ask the shipper for P.O. with a description of the merchandise. I had to then explain that I shouldn't need it because the delivery to the wrong address only weighed 1.40 lbs, and after screen shoting the specifications of the bike, it should've been 18 lbs. Only after continuous messages back and forth to PayPal, did I get a refund from them. Not the seller. Even after all the trouble I went through, I'm glad I went through PayPal and didn't give the website my credit card number. I hate that they got my name, address, and email from the purchase. I will never again buy anything from an unknown website until I have thoroughly vetted it. I really thought that PayPal would never be associated with a fraudulent company, but now I know that to be untrue. As far as I know, I did all the leg work and PayPal would have just believed the scammer, not bothering to look into anything. I just feel bad for the other people that didn't investigate, thinking their merchandise was stolen, not realizing they were scammed.
