I had contracted with this company for 3 years technical support last year. They called to report that I had been "hacked" and needed a network firewall to prevent future problems. But would not take a credit card, needed me to purchase "Google Play Cards" and pay that way. They said it was too "dangerous" for me to give credit card information at this time.

After just having my computer for two days I got a pop up saying my computer was infected and to call their number immediately. I did so and in the process was told I'd been infected and that numerous web addresses had access to my computer. Scared me to death and was then told I needed a security system which they supposedly provided after having control of my computer for a while. After being charged $149 for a year subscription to McAfee I found out that the price quoted was much higher than the security actually was. I am also newly retired and the loss of this money is quite a hardship. I've been trying to contact them for a refund but having no luck AT ALL. Websites are unsafe and no one answers the phone. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
